Rumblefish Adventure is a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Dive Center and a privately owned company located in the serene Kata Beach, Phuket since 2003. Established as a dive club, Rumblefish Adventure has evolved into a full service PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Dive Center (S-36488) in 2008. We also operate a very popular hostel for divers, solo travelers, families and backpackers on-site. Our founder is still diving and managing the center daily operation.

With our personalized dive courses and trips prepare to meet our guests time and learning pace, our PADI Dive Courses and programs are not “cheapo packages” offered by hundreds of online bookers without facilities nor dive staff. Therefore, ask us about our outstanding safety, dive standards compliance, and our amazing & professional Dive Team… DO NOT ask us for discount, we cannot lower our staff salary or our top services.
We also do not use ‘FREELANCE off the street instructors’ randomly, a common and popular practice among the ‘many online illegal dive shops’ in Phuket. Always ask them to show you their dive instructors or location of their dive centers. Better yet, go visit the dive centers and meet the people who you will put your lives and trust to take you underwater safely.

Our experienced PADI Pro team are legal Instructors and Divemasters, local residents and work permit expats.
We are a VAT company (we pay taxes) and legally registered with Tourism Authority of Thailand, OTD license 34/00203.
We have diving insurance for all diving students, with coverage of up to 1.0M THB through Bangkok Insurance, endorsed by Tourism Authority of Thailand.
We continue to maintain a ‘Zero’ incident or accident since we started in October 2003; that’s more than 200,000 logged dives and counting 🙂

Rumblefish Adventure is an ECO conscious business. We offer all PADI core courses with PADI Elearning, reducing carbon footprints on the cost of printing, handling, wrapping and shipping of the paper books.
We also support our local community of Kata Beach and surrounding area via our “Care & Share Initiative.” When you dive with us, your spending support our local communities during hard times (COVID-19 economic crisis), corals conservations, reef protection, marine debris clean-up and employment training.
